A program of REMERGE, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Atlanta, Giving Grace connects a specific need to a specific person able to meet it. Jodie’s contributions focus on women and families at a critical juncture — the moment a hand up changes everything. Last year the program helped 379 people: a mother who received a vehicle so she could keep getting to work, a family who moved from their car into permanent housing, a father who brought his son home from foster care.

Anne Isenhower — the friend who first welcomed me into this community. Giving Grace is about the hand up that comes at the hardest moment — and Anne is the reason I’m part of it.
Each year, a selected nonprofit receives the opening phase of the LEVEL Framework™ for its leadership team or board — up to 12 participants — entirely pro bono. It gives a team a shared language for how they lead together: each person’s strengths, the patterns between them, and where the collective work goes next.
One nonprofit team or board (up to 12), selected annually. Apply: grow@excelerationpartners.com
